This notice explains how Folder Fort Inc. handles information submitted through the FortEmerald demo and quote form.

Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact, company, deployment and use-case information you provide. Our server also processes basic technical data needed to operate and secure the form, such as the submission time and network address.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration or quote, evaluate fit, prevent abuse and maintain the security of the website. We do not use inquiry content to train public AI models.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, access keys, classified information, export-controlled material, personal health information or other sensitive operational data through the public website. A protected exchange can be arranged when the engagement requires it.
Storage and sharing
Inquiry data is stored in systems controlled for Folder Fort Inc. access. We may use service providers that support hosting, security or communications under appropriate access controls. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, develop the business relationship, meet legal requirements and protect our systems. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and security requirements. Use the demo form and choose “Other” to make a privacy request; do not include additional sensitive information.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service and our operating requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
